Having earned his stripes at three-star Michelin restaurants in France, Franck settled in Cape Town where he established the acclaimed La Colombe restaurant on the Constantia Uitsig wine farm. FaithJuice

FaithJuice is easily the quaintest juice bar in SA. Picture a hobbit-like wendy house set in a garden wild with spinach, kale and herbs.

Headed by Joy Bromilow (a certified Natural Juice Therapy Practitioner), the friendly team is happy to offer assistance in choosing a healthy raw juice or smoothie. Look out for other offerings like smoothie bowls, warm oats, hot drinks, power shots and toast.

Kristen’s Kick-Ass Ice Cream

Kristen’s Kick-Ass Ice Cream is handmade in small batches using local dairy and the highest quality, handpicked, sustainable ingredients that SA has to offer.

All of Kristen’s flavours are made from scratch in the kitchen above the shop, where nuts are toasted, fruits are roasted, caramel is swirled, and homemade “Oreos” for the Cookies & Cream are baked with love.
